MEET OUR DIRECTORS - ANDY AND NAOMI
Andy Oyston
Director
Focused, organised and driven
Andy has more than 35 years global experience in leadership, operations, project management, client relationships and HSEQ management.
Having worked with numerous industry leaders including Polarcus, Woodside, Shell, BP, Petronas & Chevron, Andy has a depth of understanding in the multiple layers of success drivers in complex projects along with the various contract models and resultant risk profiles.
Andy’s notable achievements include project managing some of the largest and most environmentally sensitive offshore geophysical projects in Western Australia, along with various campaigns including Europe, Africa, Asia and Gulf of Mexico.
Throughout his career, Andy has developed strong working relationships with all parties and is relied upon to deliver complex projects on time and on budget while meeting the highest health, safety and quality standards with concise reporting and communication.
As a Leader, Andy ensures that his team meet his high standards of professionalism at all times with supportive supervision and clear direction.
Naomi Oyston
Director
Passionate, engaging and insightful
Naomi has more than twenty years sales & leadership experience within the Corporate, Financial and SME Business sectors.
She has had extensive Executive Coaching success, with direct responsibility for leading the implementation & performance assessment of Customer Service Excellence, Sales Performance, Productivity & Leadership training within Commonwealth Bank and Suncorp.
Prior to establishing her Sales Leadership Consultancy, she has previously operated her own successful Commercial Finance Broking business, and also worked within leading financial institutions servicing the SME Sector, and knows first hand the challenges of creating a sustainable, profitable operation based on strong business-to-business relationships.
Having personally dealt with thousands of business owners, Naomi has a strong understanding of the drivers of Small to Medium Business, has been a judge on the Telstra Business Women’s Awards, AIM Leadership Excellence Awards and is recognised on the Who’s Who of Australian Women for her contribution to mentoring Women in the financial & business sectors.
As a Sales Leadership Coach, Naomi is passionate about assisting her clients to focus on results that matter. She creates continuous incremental improvement through combining street proven systems & processes with exemplary people skills and a culture of sustainability, using a Head, Heart & Soul approach to success.
