INVEST IN DEVELOPING YOUR PEOPLE

TRAINING AND WORKSHOPS TO DEVELOP YOUR PEOPLE

Successful organisations understand the value of investing in the development of their people, because they recognise the pay-off.

The way your employees feel is the way your customers will feel – if your employees don’t feel valued, neither will your customers.

Investing in the professional development of your people is a way of acknowledging their individual and collective value, which then flows on to your customers’ experiences and your bottom line.

OUR TRAINING PROGRAMS ARE TAILORED TO THE NEEDS OF YOUR BUSINESS

At SHINE Executive, we design training programs that are tailored to the needs of your business. This means we can deliver content that is relevant, engaging and effective, helping your people to grow in confidence, clarity and capability.

We encourage participants to share their own valuable knowledge, real life and on the job experiences to support the learning outcomes as we combine street proven strategies, industry insights with best practice processes.   Participants leave each session with a well defined action plan to put their new found skills into practice straight away, with leadership support and coaching as they implement.

Take your learning and development to a new level by combining your training and workshops with on the job learning.

At SHINE Executive, we operate under the principal of the 70:20:10 Learning Model because we know that most people learn by DOING.

This learning model combines experiential learning (70%), social learning (20%) and training and workshops (10%).

Training and Workshops falls under Theoretical Learning.

To take your learning and development to a new level, we can also provide coaching and mentoring and experiential (on the job) learning to further embed the knowledge and capability to help your people thrive.

70%

EXPERIENTIAL

Experiential Learning is informal on-the-job-training. This is the final but most important stage of learning.

20%

SOCIAL

Social Learning happens when we learn with and through others. This includes providing mentoring and feedback.

10%

THEORY

Theory is usually the first place where learning begins and includes training and workshops.

How can we help you drive exceptional people and performance outcomes?
