Sales Playbooks Work!
I was first introduced to the concept of Sales Playbooks working with USA-based Sales and Hyper Growth Systems trainer Jack Daly around 20 years ago. Jack’s processes have helped organisations globally to achieve high performance in the areas of sales, leadership, and culture.
One of the key foundations of Jack’s program is working out what works, capturing best practice, and documenting it into a step-by-step game-winning playbook.
As a result of working with Jack and seeing just how powerful his processes were, I became the Head Coach for Leverage Sales Coaching Australia and New Zealand, where I have taught the Jack Daly Sales Systems to CEOs, Managing Directors, Sales Managers, and Sales teams since. All my clients have created Sales Playbooks and they use them daily to drive results.
