At SHINE Executive, we operate under the principal of the 70:20:10 Learning Model because we know that most people learn by DOING. 

This learning model combines experiential learning (70%), social learning (20%) and training and workshops (10%).

Leadership Coaching and mentoring falls under Social Learning, where people learn with and through others.

To take your learning and development one step further, we can also provide experiential (on the job) learning to further embed the knowledge and capability.
